Apple Unveils New iPad
Apple officially unveiled their new iPad to the public today. This new iPad packs in a new Retina Display, a new A5X chip, quad-core graphics, a 5 MegaPixel camera that also shoots 1080p HD Video Recording, voice dictation, 4G LTE capabilities, and the same 10 hour battery life. Though this may not seem like much to some, this is a major breakthrough for Apple, since they added 4G and LTE capabilities.

The Repair Labs at Fix-iPhones.com made a tremendous discovery about the new iPad 3. They reportedly have gotten a back panel of the unreleased iPad 3. They took a picture showing the iPad 3 compared to the iPad 2, showing 4 major changes.

As we get closer to the awaited release date of the iPad 3, the rumors that had been floating around all year might be coming true. Since Apple is always secretive about their new products, they themselves have not shared any information. iPad 3 Might Feature an Improved Battery, Which May Raise the Price
A recent report from the Taiwan Economic News indicates that the iPad 3 might feature an improved battery. This battery is said to be thinner and lighter than the battery in the iPad 2, allowing a better design. This new battery is also supposed to increase the iPad 3′s battery life up to about 12 hours per charge, more than many laptop computers on the market today.

Like the iPhone, there are many rumors about a glass exterior for the iPad 3. Since the fifth generation iPod Nano already has a glass backing, it should not be too hard for Apple to incorporate it into the iPad 3.

This could be the release date of the rumored iPad 2 HD, which means that we can expect less than a complete upgrade. That implies that the iPad 3 will probably be released sometime in early 2012.

Though the iPad 2 has just released, the iPad 3 is already on the minds of Apple fans. iPad 3 is supposed to have features like a retina display, 4G connectivity, SD card slot, a better camera, a dual-core processor if not a quad-core processor, a USB slot, an A6 chip, more storage, and NFC chip, and maybe even a 3D display. These features will of course raise the price of the iPad 3, but will be worth it.
