Apple Wins Patent Victory Over HTC
Apple recently won a lawsuit against HTC, stating that HTC had violated Apple’s patents. The U.S. International Trade Commission decided that HTC will face an import ban on some of its’ products if they do not remove all the infringements of Apple’s copyright. AT&T Rated Worst Carrier Again
Though AT&T might be generating tons of money, they were rated the worst carrier for the second year in a row. The main complaint for the carrier was that the voice service was terrible. Worst yet, AT&T’s rating were even lower this year than they were last year.
Apple Conference Officially Scheduled For Oct. 4th

Recently, Apple sent out an e-mail to select reporters stating that the next conference will be taking place on Oct. 4th at 10:00 AM PT. Although Apple has not officially stated that the iPhone 5 will be announced next week, there has been much speculation that it will in fact be announced. (more…)
Apple Board Member Leaks Information About the New iPhones’ Release Date

Apple board member, Al Gore, leaked some information about the awaited release of the new iPhones on Wednesday (9/21). The comment has also increased speculation that Apple could release a cheaper iPhone along with the iPhone 5, currently nicknamed the iPhone 4S.
